This year at Mindr, we've been supported by some truly wonderful businesses. Our year of hands-on workshops and social interconnection has been made possible by a great many partners who love mamas and their munchkins. Here's how you can get all your holiday shopping done, while giving back to the friends who've lifted our community up along the way.

For the friend without enough space in her purse.

We are obsessed with Charlotte + Asher's gorgeous Gabrielle handbag / diaper bag. It has a sleek profile and yet is deceptively enormous inside, and it holds its shape which means your lip gloss will still be exactly where you left it after bumpy stroller ride. It's made out of the softest vegan leather we have ever touched, is lightweight and converts well into a laptop or work bag. It's 50% off through 11/28, and 5 vaccinations are donated to children in need for every purchase. We call that an all-around win.

For the friend who likes her gifts to have a conscience.

#MINDRMAMA Sarah Southgate, founder of Sparkle + Conquer, is all about making the gift-giving experience rewarding. She curates gifts that aren't just pretty, but also help promote social good, like this marbled stone cuff that was hand-crafted at a fair trade artisan cooperative in India, and this line of jewelry which creates meaningful employment and empowerment for survivors of human trafficking. There's also a gift concierge service, where you can tell Sarah a little about your gift recipient and she'll help you find the perfect socially conscious gift.

bumkins.jpg

For the friend who could use a little help getting organized.

You can always tell when a company is run by a mom who has lived the juggle and knows where the pain points are and how to solve them. Baby brand Bumkins was created by Jakki Liberman when she was a single mom of four, to provide pretty, high-quality products that help keep things tidy and organized at home and on the go. We especially love their aptly named 'Super Bib' and their silicone grip dish which clings to the table, resisting all efforts by tiny hands to dislodge it and throw it across the room when dinner is apparently over.

plated.jpg

For the friend who never knows what to cook.

We fell in love with Plated for its subscription meal kits, which make it unbelievably easy to get a delicious dinner on the table, but this foodie startup also has a cookbook that covers everything from easy weeknight meals to beautiful brunch banquets. Buy this book for the friend who loves being in the kitchen but never knows what to cook - and then suggest they have you over for the harissa lamb shanks with herbed couscous. (Pssst - every attendee at this Wednesday's Manhattan Mindr event will get one of these babies on the house! Tickets here.)

Mia Oh Photography

Mia Oh Photography

For the friend who could use a little help figuring it all out.

One of the highlights of our year has been meeting and collaborating with Lauren Smith Brody, author of The Fifth Trimester and founder of the consulting agency by the same name. Formerly a Glamour Magazine exec, Lauren has poured her heart and soul into helping women master the juggle, and her best-selling book is a treasure trove of practical guidance for navigating the return to work with style, sanity and success. We're also loving the new book Going Beyond Mom by recent Mindr speaker Randi Zinn, which explores ways to activate your mind, body and business after baby. Want to support an independent bookstore while you're at it? Give our friends at WORD a visit.

For the friend who loves the environment... and her skin.

The spa and home products at M Boutique are eco-friendly and make your body and home smell amazing. With scents inspired by the personalities of the creators' favorite cities - from Madrid to Berlin to Manhattan - M Boutique has everything from candles and diffusers to haircare and hand cream, all prettily packaged and toxin-free. 25% off through Cyber Monday. There's a storefront in Greenpoint which is an astro-turfed slice of heaven, or you can shop online. For more beauty with heart, check out 3ina (pronounced 'Mina') for their cruelty-free European cosmetics in gorgeous hues.

nibble.jpg

For the friend who needs to get out more.

We all know that one of the best gifts you can get for people with young kids is a date night while you look after the littles. But there are also an increasing number of options for those who want to get out and about with the munchkins alongside. Treat your parent buddies to a kid-friendly fine dining experience with Nibble + Squeak in cities around the US or London; for New Yorkers, get a gift card for a baby-friendly, drinks-forward cinema experience at Nitehawk Cinema; and grab your London parent friends a ticket to BYOB Comedy, where the second B stands for baby.

zeel.jpg

For the friend who needs some down time.

Then there's the friend who desperately needs a break, and who'll love you forever for gifting them a 5-star massage in the comfort of their own home. As the 'Uber for massages,' Zeel has a handy app that lets you choose from a variety of massage options (think Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, couples massage and more) and then sends a highly-rated masseuse right to your door. You want to be the friend who is gifting (or being gifted) this. 20% off all gift cards and memberships through 11/27.

For the friend whose wardrobe could use a boost.

We love the simple elegance of MM.LaFleur's mix-and-match pieces. They're billed as workwear, but the soft fabrics, clean lines and block colors help us feel put together on a day around the neighborhood too. One of their stylists can work with you online or in person to create a 'bento box' of different pieces, or you can go a-la-carte. And if you want an insight into this #girlboss crew, you can check out our recent interview with their Chief Marketing Officer here.

littleglass.jpg

For the host with the most.

If you're heading to someone's home for a holiday feast, there's nothing like a blooming bouquet to express your thanks. Mindr's Brooklyn-based florist The Little Glass Slipper creates whimsical arrangements that'll blow your host away and leave you wanting to sneak these beauties back home with you. Currently 20% off for the holidays.

For the friend who has it all - and wants to remember it all.

One of the most meaningful gifts you can give to friends and family is the chance to hold onto the sweetness of the everyday moments. If you're based in NYC, you have to check out the dreamy style of Mia Oh Photography's event and family shoots (better yet, Mia is currently running a $200 family mini-shoot special for the holidays). Our recent Hoboken event was captured by #MINDRMAMAS Lindsay and Laney as part of the launch of their new photography and styling business Lena Grae. And if your family is ready for the silver screen, check out the gorgeous family videography by #MINDRMAMA Alexandra at One Day Baby.
