Join Mindr and Nibble + Squeak for a very special collaboration.
Mindr is all about having the most intriguing of conversations, and Nibble + Squeak is all about eating the most delicious of things, both with the munchkins in tow. So on April 19th from 5-7pm, we're joining forces to bring you a three-course dinner feast by award-winning restaurant Dirt Candy and an interview with its innovative owner and chef, Amanda Cohen.
Located on the Lower East Side, Dirt Candy was the first vegetable-focused restaurant in the city, and the leader of the vegetable-forward movement. The restaurant became the first vegetarian spot in 17 years to receive two stars from the New York Times, was recognized by the Michelin Guide five years in a row, and won awards from Gourmet Magazine, the Village Voice, and many others. We'll catch up with Amanda about how she turned Dirt Candy from the seed of an idea into the talk of the town.
In addition to a scrumptious discussion, your taste buds can get excited about:
Light bites on arrival
Entrees served family-style
Glass of wine
Soft drinks and French press coffee
There are only 20 spots available for this intimate dinner with the Mindr and Nibble + Squeal communities. See you there!
