Join the first Life Sciences cross-industry cohort of the Mindr Mentorship Exchange

The Mindr Mentorship Exchange is a powerful, reciprocal mentorship program that pairs individuals who are uniquely qualified to drive forward each other’s goals and skills. Selected pairs progress as part of a cohort through a facilitated five session curriculum that builds their mentoring skillset and fosters impactful industry connections. The program has been offered for many years internally within leading Life Sciences organizations such as QIAGEN, as recently highlighted in Quartz at Work.

Now, for the first time, Mindr is offering the program to a cross-industry cohort of participants in the Life Sciences industry. Sessions will take place in March to May 2024, with a total time commitment of five one-hour sessions.

‍Participants will be paired with a fellow Life Sciences professional from a different organization who is well placed to advance your goals and objectives. The five cohort sessions will be facilitated by Mindr, and this cohort will be Chaired by Nike Bahlmann, Application Scientist (Global) at BioEcho Life Sciences GmbH and a Mindr Mentorship Exchange alumna.

  • Faster advancement within the industry. Participation in the Mindr Mentorship Exchange has been found to drive a 48% increase in promotions.
  • Greater sense of community and influence. 88% of participants feel more connected to fellow professionals.
  • Access to tailored guidance. Every applicant is personally connected with a mentor match and small groups who can drive their specific goals forward.

Participation in this cohort is by invitation only, and the USD$500 cost of participation may be covered by you or your organization. Complete the form below to express your interest in receiving an invitation.
