On September 26, 2023 Mindr was honored to host our 2024 cross-industry conference, BelongingFest. It was a powerful day filled with interactive workshops, engaging talks and panels, and opportunities for networking and connection among changemakers from over 50 different organizations.

Keynote speaker Cindy Smith Koester of NASA shared the reasons why belonging is mission critical when the stakes are high. Thought leaders across firms, including Indhira Arrington, Jonathan Simon, Kusawn Carr Foster and Peter Wang provided deep insights about how to drive recruitment, retention, productivity, and impact through belonging.

Mindr also launched our 2023 Workforce Belonging Report, outlining the critical elements of a belonging strategy.

During the Belonging Builder Award Ceremony, we recognized organizations and individuals that are blazing the trail for belonging, in categories including Awareness, Empathy, Curiosity, Action, Global Reach, Engagement, and Leadership.
