I've earned the Mindr Intersectional Leader badge

Intersectional Leader

The earner of this badge is a leader of two or more employee communities at their organization who has demonstrated a commitment to building a culture of mentorship and belonging in the workplace. These roles require time and energy in addition to leaders' functional "day jobs" and we recognize the significant and valuable ways they build belonging through their work as culture carriers.
