LEADR™ Dimensions

Through our years of research running powerful mentorship and employee community programs, we've found that strong and effective leadership can be distilled into five key dimensions. Each of these dimensions encompasses skills, behaviors, and actions. For every individual, some dimensions may come more naturally, while others can be intentionally developed over time. Those dimensions are:

• Learning: Being curious, asking questions, approaching work with a growth mindset, and  having a commitment to lifelong learning

• Empathy: Considering matters from multiple perspectives, thinking about the impacts of actions on others, being aware of the needs of those around you

• Action: Acting decisively, being prepared to test and iterate strategies, adopting a solutions-oriented mindset

• Direction: Motivating and guiding others to act, influencing behavior change in others, considering others’ challenges and developing strategies and direction

• Resilience: Adapting to shifting circumstances, showing determination in the face of challenges, embracing failure as an opportunity to improve

LEADR™ Assessment

Our assessment tool encourages employees to tap into their strengths and hone areas for growth and development. After completing the assessment, employees receive a detailed report outlining their unique LEADR™ Profile, with tips to help them identify and communicate their skills.
