Representatives from 33 #BXCareerPathways portfolio companies joined to explore how employee communities and cross-functional mentorship drive a culture of belonging. They also talked about ways Blackstone and Mindr are tackling these areas to drive impact in employee retention, advancement, and engagement, and considered strategies for other companies to do so with impact.

Attendees asked thoughtful questions during the Q&A, inquiring about what first steps companies should take when launching employee communities, where they should focus to maintain and scale these initiatives, and tangible tips for fostering inclusion in remote and hybrid environments.
