In September 2025, Capital Group partnered with Mindr to host a full-day, in-person LEADR Summit bringing together Global Community Leaders at CG’s Irvine campus. At the summit, leaders reflected on how empathy, collaboration, and resilience shape stronger communities and drive meaningful impact across the organization.

Through guided reflection and hands-on workshops, participants explored how vulnerability builds trust, diverse perspectives strengthen ideas, and collective action fuels more innovative programming and long-term impact.

A key element of the Summit was the Innovation Challenge, where leaders across CG Communities teamed up to develop strategic initiatives that would engage their members, increase awareness of their groups, and make a meaningful impact. This fast-paced design challenge encouraged the teams to think beyond familiar solutions, and develop program concepts that would sustain long-term.

Capital Group’s LEADR Summit highlighted a powerful truth: when leaders create space for co-creation and encourage experimentation without fear of failure, they unlock better ideas, stronger connections, and more meaningful outcomes for their teams, communities, and the organization as a whole.
