In 2024, Ares will begin a new, two-year term of ERG leadership, and is now accepting applications from all interested employees. This form should be completed by anyone who would like to get involved, whether you are a current leader hoping to continue for another term, or an employee who would be joining as a new leader.
Step one: Review this page to learn more about ERGs, open leadership roles, and selection criteria before applying. Please note that all interested employees must submit a form, including those who are currently serving in ERG leadership.
Step two: Talk with your manager about your interest. You will need their approval in order to be appointed to a leadership role.
Step three: Complete the form below by Monday, June 26th. You can expect to hear back by early fall.
Applications will be reviewed by the selection committee who will consider all elements of the selection criteria to ensure diverse leadership committees that represent various roles, tenures, and identities. The selection committee will also strive to maintain a balance of new and continuing leaders.
